It is with pleasure that I want to announce that my book on Iowa's One-room Schools has begun the production phase of publication. Paul Theobald of Buffalo State College in Buffalo, NY, has written a wonderful introduction. Paul holds a doctorate degree in Rural and Urban Education whose books are used as texts for graduate level courses.

My other book, Iowa's County Courthouses, will enter the production phase by year's end.

Both books should be available in early 2009.
