On April 26th, I completed the master black and white photographs and text for my next book - a photo documentary of Iowa's county courthouses. I turned everything over to Holly Carver, Director of University of Iowa Press and the publishing process has begun. Normally, it takes about a year and a half to publish a book, especially a coffee table photography book. So look for it to be available in the spring of 2008, with the probable title of "Harker's Courthouses".

By the end of August I will finish everything for my fourth book - a photo documentary of Iowa's one-room schools. It also will be published by the UI Press and should be available sometime in the fall of 2008 as "Harker's Schools".
